Stellar is contained for commerce. Base is the public listing.

The store coin. Almost all of the supply sits in reserve. There is no public order book. New coins mint into reserve, not into a cheap market.

How value is built

Value is the job the coin does, not a chart.

Shop rate Ten coins per dollar at checkout. That is the posted floor.
Reserve stays off-market The large Stellar pile and most of the Base supply are not listed. Only a small Base book is public.
Use grows the coin Registers, desks, and tokenized goods. More places that need the coin — not more coins dumped on a pool.

A cheap scoop only happens if a thin pool is filled with coins. We do not do that.
