These terms are a draft for how the products work today. A Michigan attorney should review them before you treat them as a finished contract.
The company
MonTek Inc. (“we”) sells software licenses and related tools. The site, Cloud POS, AI Trader, tokenize, and MonTek scrubber software are our products.
Software license
A paid plan is a license to use that product for the term you bought (month or year). Delivery is digital. A short trial, if offered, is free. Cancel anytime. Unused paid licenses may be refunded within 14 days if the key was not used on a live store. Card checkout terms on the subscribe page also apply.
The coin
PCCRYPTO is a utility coin you may use to pay for software and, where a store turns it on, for goods at a register. Paying in coin can carry a posted shop discount versus card. The license or sale turns on only after we see the payment on-chain.
The coin is not stock in MonTek Inc.. It is not a share of revenue. It is not a promise that the price will rise. Stellar PCCRYPTO and Base PCCRYPTO are separate supplies. PCGold and PROP are separate coins.
What you must not do
- Resell a license key as if you issued it
- Use the software to break the law
- Treat a mint, a pool, or a chart as investment advice from us
Liability
Software and chain networks fail. We are not liable for lost keys, failed transfers, or downtime beyond a refund of unused prepaid license time as described above. Michigan law governs, except where a consumer law says otherwise.
